Outreach and trainings in relevant laws, regulations and advocacy skills to family members, students, educators, probation officers and other professionals.
Information, referral, technical and individual support services empowering families that are struggling with the special education process.
Through mediation, negotiation and representation, specially trained attorneys and paraprofessionals insure that individuals receive the maximum service to which they are entitled to under the law.
The LIAC provides outreach and trainings in relevant laws, regulations, and advocacy skills to family members, students, educators, probation officers and other professionals.
The LIAC provides service coordination, assistance in obtaining vocational rehabilitation services and appropriate programs. .
The LIAC will help you with solutions to school problems such as discipline, truancy,suspensions, residency disputes and inappropriate placements.
